2 large ripe bananas 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 cup flour 3/4 cup sugar (I put less) 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking soda 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped 1 cup chocolate chunks (+/- 80g) 1/2 cup cocoa
Method:
1) Mash the bananas with a falk. 2) Add butter, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, vanilla & mix until homogenious. 3) Sift in cocoa & flour. 4) Add chocolate chunks & walnuts. 5) Bake in a rectangular dish at 180°C for 35-50min. 6) Dust with icing sugar before serving.
