Peach & Almond Cake.
Ingredients:
1) Beat butter, sugar, oil until you obtain a creamy mixture.
2) Add eggs 1 by 1, then yogurt.
3) Zest, almond flour, wheat flour, baking powder.
4) Lemon juice, peaches.
5) Pour in a Savarin Mould (previsouly buttered & dusted with flour). Bake at 180°C for 30-40min.
6) Remove from the mold, let it cool down, brush with honey or jam, sprinkle with almonds.
