Peach and Almond Cake

Peach & Almond Cake.

Ingredients:

3 sliced peaches

50g butter room t°C

4 eggs

50ml vegetable oil

300g wheat flour

50g almond flour

3 tsp baking powder

juice & zest from 1 lemon

170g sugar

100g plain yogurt

grilled almonds

some honey or peach jam

Instructions:

use an electrical mixer

1) Beat butter, sugar, oil until you obtain a creamy mixture.
2) Add eggs 1 by 1, then yogurt.
3) Zest, almond flour, wheat flour, baking powder.
4) Lemon juice, peaches.
5) Pour in a Savarin Mould (previsouly buttered & dusted with flour). Bake at 180°C for 30-40min.
6) Remove from the mold, let it cool down, brush with honey or jam, sprinkle with almonds. Afficher la suite
