Cake "Choco Pear"

Cake "Choco Pear".

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 120g sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 150g flour, 150g butter, 100g dark chocolate, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 3 pears, raw almonds, 100ml coconut cream, a pinch of salt.

1) Beat eggs, sugar & coconut cream....
2) Add flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa. Mix well.
3) Melt butter & chocolate & add to the mixture.
4) Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking dish.
5) Peel the pears keeping their stems. Insert them into the dough. Sprinkle with almonds.
6) Bake at 150°C for 45min to 1h.
