Chocolate Magic Flan Cake.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp water
500 ml milk
115g flour
130g sugar
125g butter
40g cocoa
4 eggs
pinch of salt
Instructions:
Beat egg yolks with sugar.
Add in the following order: melted butter, cocoa, flour, water, milk.
In a separate bowl beat egg whites & salt until stiff peaks.
Pour the whites into the 1st mixture. Do NOT overmix!! You should see white lumps floating on the surface.
Bake at 150°-160°C for 35-45min depending on your oven.
